Suggested clothing: properly made for trekking, sportive one is however a good alternative; same goes for the shoes.
Other advices: Being panoramic views one of the strongest points of this tour, I suggest to bring some binoculars in order to better observe in detail some of the various elements explained.

STINTINO: GUIDED TREKKING TOUR IN CAPO FALCONE
Founded in 1885 by the 45 families exiled from the Asinara Island, Stintino has relatively recent history but his territory in placed in a fascinating historical and landscape context.
In this tour we will perform a trekking session that we will bring us from the foot of Capo Falcone hill to the eponymous tower; during the travel, stories will be told about Stintino’s history, its expansion during the 60s and the 70s and the one of the Asinara in a progressive manner, in conjunction with the beautiful views that we will be able to enjoy as the route continues; I will tell about some of the plants part of the local mediterranean spot bush vegetation enviroment.
Once arrived at Torre Falcone tower, we will be able to take as much time as we need to enjoy the panoramic view and taste a little appetizer consisting in local sardinian food.
